Kindness as a characteristic is beautiful, it should present cultural behavior but it is often known to be false. I think that we shouldn't generalize things but I hate such people generally. People who won't give you a warm smile like a simbol of kindness if they don't have benefit from it.
If we use gentler face in negotations instead of serious facial expressions the result would be much better, for sure. Everybody loves a smile, that's a simbol that someone noticed you and maybe even fell in love with you.
I know that feeling when someone smiles at you and if I like that person butterflies in the stomach activate and I feel like I'm in seventh heaven. Yes, that's the real thing. And a warm smile serve as a universal language because everybody will understand what you wanted to say and know for sure that you won't be understood on a wrong way.
